From challenge to solutions
VRR is an innovative company and has been exploring automation solutions in the past. Their previous solution was an OCR (Optimal Character Recognition) solution. But when switching to a new ERP approach, they discovered the limitations of working with an OCR. Mostly the high maintenance due to changing layouts seemed to be a bottleneck to keep accuracy high.
