Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for guiding customers and partners throughout their journey from onboarding to advanced usage.

What will you do?

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for guiding customers and partners throughout their journey from onboarding to advanced usage.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Adoption

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process of Metamaze

  • Develop and execute both standardized and tailored onboarding plans

  • Provide platform training and create educational resources

Relationship Building and Engagement

  • Establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Conduct regular check-ins and proactive communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention

  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact customer retention

Customer Health Monitoring and Success Planning

  • Monitor customer health and usage patterns

  • Collaborate with customers to develop success plans

  • Conduct periodic business reviews

Customer Advocacy

  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization

  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies

  • Leverage customer references and referrals to support new business development and expansion efforts
