Metamaze is a SaaS Intelligent Document Processing platform on which enterprises rely for their document automation needs. We offer an AI-driven platform that enables our customers to automatically process, extract and structure information from any type of document. All of this is manageable in a user-friendly way without the need of any previous coding experience.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Product team. He/she takes responsibility for client projects and works together closely with colleagues in Sales and Engineering. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing Belgian AI scale-up, working either in our office in Antwerp, at the client site or remote at home.

What you will do

While the job title is “Project Manager”, in reality the job contents are diverse and include a lot of different aspects. In some companies, this role could even be a “Solution Specialist” or some other title.

Project management

–   Coordinating with colleagues and clients
–   Ensuring the timely and proper execution of projects, in collaboration with Sales and Engineering
–   Planning, coordinating and monitoring project milestones, budget and resources

Project implementation

–   Hands-on configuration in the Metamaze platform
–   Advising customers on implementation
–   Functional analysis for customisations and integrations
–   Follow-up on annotations done by annotation team, giving feedback and ensuring quality is high

Product leadership

– Be an ambassador for Metamaze and share new opportunities at clients with colleagues in Sales

– Collect feedback from clients during project meetings, to influence our product roadmap

Job requirements

Knowledge in or affinity with software, IT and AI.
Strong people skills
Ability to gather and understand new information quickly
Studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, management or other
Professional experience or relevant internships in a corresponding area of responsibility is an advantage
Fluent in both Dutch and English (both orally and in writing)
(Nice to have) Experience in managing complex IT projects for Enterprises
(Nice to have) Experience in functional analysis and business process analysis
(Nice to have) Fluency in other languages.
